At GTH, Abdul is responsible for projects and business development in the UK.
Elya has international experience in the sphere of investments.
Before managing work with holding companies at VTB Bank in Moscow, Elya was responsible for setting up the VTB office in Asia. Prior to VTB, Elya was in charge of the CIS structured products department of Goldman Sachs’ London office, and headed the equivalent department of Merrill Lynch in London.
Elya holds a Master’s degree in Law from Duke University, USA, and is a qualified lawyer in the state of New York, USA, as well as in Kazakhstan. Before joining investment banks, Elya practiced financial law with Bracewell and Giuliani.
Expert in managing innovate projects and startups, creating innovative environments, venture investments, tech consulting and business development for technologies.
Elena has been working in the venture market since 2011. From 2014 to 2018 she was CEO of the largest investment platform in Russia, and has extensive experience with the largest Russian business incubator HSE. She has also worked in the PR-sphere as a correspondent and radio announcer. Elena has been managing various project teams and infrastructure projects for more than 7 years.
Marina specializes in the implementation and management of business processes. As part of the GTH team, she is responsible for ensuring that work is smooth and well-coordinated and for systematizing business processes. She has previously worked in senior management positions at large organizations such as Sedmoi Kontinent, Russian Satellite Communications Company and Sibintek. She also co-founded a language school and marketing agency. Marina holds an MBA degree.

Despite her young age, she has experience working at large companies such as PWC, Rambler&Co, Finam (WhoTrades), UniCredit Bank, Credit Europe Bank and Roskhimreaktiv. Irina is also a regular speaker at Financial Literacy Days held by the Central Bank.

She has 6 years of experience in organizing and coordinating business processes. She worked in the companies: ACIT, 220 Volt, Rossoil.
In the company, Nina helps to organize business processes and events that the company holds.
Daria has worked in digital marketing for more than seven years, and has experience in developing strategies for growing brands and creating loyalty programs for several large national companies.
Daria heads the Digital Marketing Department at one of the largest telecommunications companies in Russia.
Alexander has spent more than 15 years in software development and project management in various spheres.
He has over 10 years of experience in marketing, sales and non-linear business case solving.
